Belly Dancing
is an ancient form of artistic movement from the Middle East, North
Africa, and Asia.
This workout is designed to concentrate on the hips, buns, thighs and arms
through aerobic dance moves and controlled isolation. It is a delightful
way to develop a personal expression through
movement. Belly Fusion is a style of belly dance inspired by
traditional and folkloric dance movements from Bhangra is a party type high
energy dance based in folkloric Indian Tradition. Set to upbeat Indian
music, you will learn exotic energetic dance moves to melt off the
pounds! Bollywood is a high energy class
based on traditional and classic Indian dance, Jazz, Hip Hop and Modern
Dance. This form of dance encourages movement of all parts of your body,
allowing you to tone and sculpt while having
fun! Hatha Yoga (Beginners)
is an ancient Indian practice which incorporates stretching, posing,
breathing and meditation. Hatha Yoga is a gentle practice that increases
your flexibility, quiets the mind, and targets and tones muscle groups.
Discover a stronger more enlightened you. Meditation is a 30 minute class
where you will learn the practice of controlled breathing, visualization,
and self awareness. Meditation is perfect at the end of a long day, or
before any Yoga class. Turkish Tone is an
intense full body sculpting and toning class utilizing your own body
weight as resistance. Set to energetic Turkish style dance music, the
class will focus on mat work, isolation, and repetition to build strong
lean muscles. Vinyasa Yoga (Beginners) is an ancient Indian practice which incorporates
stretching, posing, breathing and meditation. Vinyasa is a more intense
Yoga that incorporates the “connection” of postures. This creates a more
cardiovascular workout, and helps develop and tone muscle groups. Discover
a stronger more enlightened you. Zumba for Seniors
is specifically designed to take exciting International dance rhythms and
bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other
special populations. You will build strength and stamina, improve your
cardiovascular system, and get on the path to body transformation all
while having the time of your life. Zumba for
Weight Loss combines easy to do moves with infectious International
music rhythms. Using traditional dance moves like Salsa, Merengue, Samba,
Mambo, Cumbia, and others you will burn 700-900 calories per hour. Zumba
utilizes a warm up, aerobic interval training (combining fast and slow
rhythms) and stretching to deliver an addictive high-energy workout. You
will shed pounds, whittle your waistline, tone your legs and buns and
