Lily Pad Day Spa offers Gift Cards
for any denomination over $10 purchased at our spa. The available balance on
Gift Cards or Gift Certificates will be applied toward SPA SERVICES ONLY. Gift Cards or Gift Certificates must be presented at
the time of service. Gift Cards or Gift Certificates are valid for two years
from the purchase date. Lost or stolen cards can not be replaced. Gift
Cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift Card # is
required at time of booking. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
Late Cancellations may be charged 50% of services and No Show/No Call 100%
of services, per discretion of management. Service prices subject to
change without notice.
All Gift Card purchases will include gift bag, tissue paper, and a brochure.
For your online convenience, we are
offering several specific Gift Card amounts that may be purchased through our secure online site. If you
do not see your desired Gift Card amount, please call or visit our spa.
Shipping charges will apply for this option and would include an e-mail
confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
During the payment process please include your
telephone number. Once you have entered your payment method
you will then have the option to change the "shipping address" to reflect the
