Spa Knowledge
Spa Etiquette:
Please check in at least twenty to thirty minutes prior to
your appointment. We respect all our client’s busy lives and will do our
best to accommodate late arrivals. However, depending upon
circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
Comfort:
For your convenience, Lily Pad Day Spa provides robes and
slippers, as well as a locker for your personal belongings. The Spa cannot
be responsible for any personal items.
Booking
Appointments:
A credit card or gift card # is required at time of
booking to hold all appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you notify us 24-hour prior to your
reserved appointment in the event you need to reschedule or cancel.
Late cancelations will be
charged 50% of services, and No Show/ No Call will
be charged 100% of
services, per discretion of management.
Gratuities:
We do
NOT accept gratuities to be charged on credit
cards, please plan accordingly.
Gratuities are solely at the
client’s discretion. However, 15% to 20% is
customary.
Age Requirements:
We love children here at Lily Pad Day Spa, but we want
to ensure that you have a pleasurable experience, so please plan
accordingly. Guests must be at least 16 years of age. Any guest under the
age of 18 years receiving any Spa service must be accompanied by a parent
or guardian.
Gift Cards:
Lily Pad Day Spa offers gift cards for any denomination over $10.
Card must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen cards can not be
replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, Lily Pad
Day Spa will issue a full refund within 10 days when accompanied with a
receipt. Merchandise must be unused and unopened.
Spa Commitment:
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know and
we will make every effort to accommodate you and ensure your satisfaction.

Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
